We’re hunting for a Support Engineer who will act as the main point of contact for customer liaisons regarding support incidents, service requests, and problem reporting, and will be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and an ability to resolve technical issues in a calm and efficient manner. Possessing previous experience within an IT help desk environment, they will have a strong customer service ethos and a working knowledge of Windows administration and MS office 365. This role reports to the Support Development Manager and is based in our Sydney, Australia office.
We’re on the lookout for an Aviation Systems Consultant who will scope the business requirements necessary to articulate our Aviation customers’ needs. Taking the lead during customer training delivery, they will be experienced in both face-to-face and online training offerings and be comfortable liaising and dealing with customer Q&A sessions. This role reports to the Programme Director and is based in our Banbury, UK Office.
We’re in search of a commercially-minded and customer-focused Sales Executive who will enjoy using their strong communication skills to the full, engaging with global customers, and building and maintaining long lasting relationships. Additionally, they will provide full administrative and organisational support to the team which is pivotal to the co-ordination and management of key processes and performance reporting. This role reports to the Commercial Director and is based in our Banbury, UK office.
