With so many high-quality industry events these days at which to showcase the Zafire brand, it’s been no mean feat to narrow down our longlist to the shortlist below. As of January 2023, however, here are the six shows we intend to attend as exhibitors over the course of the year. This list may be subject to change but we can definitely promise that at every event at which we do exhibit there will be giveaways galore, terrific techie raffle prizes, and, most importantly, our showstopping Global Aviation Software Solutions and Intelligent Service Management Software on show at the Zafire stand and, moreover, brought to you by our genuinely lovely and very knowledgeable team!
Aviation events
1. 14th Asian GHI Conference (21 to 23 February 2023, Dubai, UAE)
Hosted by Ground Handling International at Le Meridien Hotel & Conference Centre, the 14th Asian GHI Conference is due to welcome more than 350 Aviation stakeholders representing Airlines, Ground Handlers, Airports, and suppliers to Dubai in late February 2023. Although we have exhibited at past GHI events in Europe, this will be the first time Zafire attends their Asian event and we are very much looking forward to catching up with our existing customers who are based in this region, as well as meeting new stakeholders from across the Middle East and the rest of Asia.
2. Passenger Terminal EXPO & CONFERENCE 2023 (14 to 16 March 2023, Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
#PTExpoConf is the world’s largest annual Airport design exhibition and conference with over 10,000 people from at least 130 countries expected to visit more than 250 exhibitors over 19,000 square meters at the RAI Amsterdam in mid March 2023. Wow! It’s an enormous event and Zafire will be exhibiting on an appropriately big and bold scale with our purpose-built PTE stand which is currently having a wee rest in its very own storage facility at a top secret location in the UK. We’re very much looking forward to returning to the RAI Amsterdam again (the third time in five months, in fact) for this trade show behemoth which has consistently proven to be one of the best on the circuit for delegates and exhibitors alike.
3. 35th IATA Ground Handling Conference (16 to 18 May 2023, Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Scheduled to take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in mid May 2023, IGHC is another high-calibre, tried-and-tested event for Zafire which does not disappoint. This year, they are expecting to host over 650 delegates representing the entire Aviation industry, including Airlines, Airports, Ground Handlers, and suppliers, to discuss and implement industry standards, policies and procedures, and, of course, network with like-minded professionals. We hope you’ll join us there.
4. inter airport Europe (10 to 13 October 2023, Munich, Germany)
The 24th International Exhibition for Airport Equipment, Technology, Design and Services, inter airport Europe 2023, will take place in early October 2023 at Messe Munich. Billed as the world’s leading Airport exhibition covering all areas of Airport-related technology, equipment, and services, inter airport Europe is a great networking opportunity for the global Airport community and has been taking place biennially for over 40 years. Zafire will be attending this event for the very first time: how exciting!
5. 24th GHI Annual Conference (28 to 30 November 2023, Lisbon, Portugal)
Hosted by Ground Handling International at FIL Lisbon in late November 2023, #GHIAnnual takes place annually in Europe and brings together Aviation professionals from around the globe to champion ground service excellence. We always look forward to this particular event which has forged a proud reputation as a forum for first-class networking (nearly 4,000 meetings between over 800 attendees took place at last year’s #GHIAnnual, for example), and we’re confident this year’s conference will be another feather in Ground Handling International’s cap.

6. Midlands Business Network Expo (02 February 2023, Aston Villa, UK)
The Midlands Business Network Expo takes place regularly throughout the year in venues across the Midlands, UK, and is renowned as one of the region’s biggest events dedicated to supporting B2B companies grow and prosper. We’re looking forward to showcasing Smart, our Intelligent Service Management Software, at the first #MBNEXPO23 of the year in early February 2023, hosted at Aston Villa Football Club.
