We’re thrilled to announce that we’re inviting applications for four exciting roles across our Technical Services and Delivery teams.

We’re searching for a Systems Engineer who will work within the Technical Services team to ensure business IT solutions are delivered to meet their technology, process, or service-based problem. Possessing excellent communication skills to interface successfully across all business areas, they will have previous experience of examining error logs, system performance data, and user information to ensure a high level of usability and reliability. They will also be able to demonstrate the ability to resolve issues that might arise during normal operation in a calm and efficient manner. This role reports to the Technical Operations Manager and is based in our Banbury, UK office.

We’re seeking a Support Developer to join our Technical Services team and act as a main point of contact within our customer service centre (CSC) for customer liaisons regarding support incidents, providing incident, problem, change and release management, information security services and third-party management. They will have a proven track record in a similar role and should have demonstrable skills identifying and, where appropriate, fixing bugs in code as well as strong written and verbal communication. This role reports to the Support Development Manager and is based in our Banbury, UK office.

We’re recruiting a client-facing Delivery Consultant to join our Delivery team. They will be responsible for setting the clear direction and delivery schedules of our clients’ projects, gaining the commitment of all stakeholders from the initial stages as well as co-ordinating, monitoring, and effectively communicating project progress, whilst mitigating risk, through to successful and timely project delivery. This role reports to the Programme Director and is based in our Banbury, UK office.

We’re hunting for a QA Engineer who will work within the target-driven Delivery team. Possessing a minimum of four years’ exposure to software Quality Assurance practices, as well as a degree or equivalent standard in a technical discipline, they will be able to demonstrate their ability to analyse software problems and processes through to successful completion.  This role reports to the Programme Director and is based in our Banbury, UK office.
