These benefits are clearly evidenced by the feedback from two new customers, one in the managed print services sector, the other involved in lift maintenance and repair. Both are still in the early stages of implementation so we can’t name them as yet, but their reasons for choosing Zafire and Smart V8 are very telling.
A flexible approach to managed print services
For example, the managed print company was delighted with the inherent flexibility of the system, as well as the integrated tracking. The latter feature enables them to optimise the use of their mobile workforce through instant visibility of engineer locations and the locations of new reactive jobs as they are logged.

Working with service companies that operate in specialist sectors requires an understanding of their particular requirements and the ability to tailor solutions to suit.
This was certainly the case with our new customer in the lift maintenance and repair sector.
