With the launch of SmartService v9 at this year’s SMExpo, we knew that this would be a show to remember and we weren’t disappointed.
Over 500 visitors stopped by our stand to find out what all the fuss was about. They discovered for themselves how SmartService v9 helps empower service engineers with real time insight whilst delivering optimised end-to-end service operation, improved margins and SLA performance and increased productivity. It was great to meet so many people and to see their enthusiasm for improving service delivery and how SmartService v9 could help realise that.
