After record-breaking temperatures this summer here in the UK, we\u2019re really looking forward to escaping to the Greek capital next month for a breath of fresh air at the Air Ground Services (AGS) Global Networking Summit<\/a><\/strong>, in association with ASA (Airport Services Association)<\/a><\/strong>, which is due to take place from 5 to 7 September 2022 at the Grand Hyatt Athens<\/strong><\/a> in Athens, Greece.  We\u2019re exhibiting for the very first time at this event and can\u2019t wait to meet up with old and new friends, and showcase our newest ground handling tech in one of the oldest cities in the world.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Whenever we\u2019re due to head off to an Aviation industry event, we\u2019re always keen to discover if the host city has any intriguing links with Aviation.  Athens does not disappoint!  In 1931, the Air Force School of the Hellenic Airforce Academy<\/a><\/strong> was founded in Tatoi, Athens.  In 1967, it took the unofficial name of \u2018Icarus School\u2019 in reference to Icarus, the mythical pioneer of Aviation in Ancient Greece.  To this day, the figure of Icarus remains the centrepiece of the Academy\u2019s logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our own pioneering Global Aviation Software Solutions<\/a><\/strong> will be on show at AGS 2022 at Stand 22 and we can\u2019t wait to welcome the hundreds of delegates expected at the event to our exhibition space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
