Our CEO, Chris Beling, and our Commerical Director, Rachel Wesson, are delighted to welcome Christian Vab\u00f8, Manager Ground Systems, and Andr\u00e9 \u00d8stli, CIO, from Wider\u00f8e Ground Handling, to Zafire\u2019s stand (Booth 25) at #IGHC2022.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Two million flights and counting, that\u2019s how many flights Wider\u00f8e Ground Handling has processed thanks to FirstRamp, Zafire\u2019s end-to-end solution that supports every aspect of ground operations, and it all started with a conversation at a previous IGHC in 2016!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s hardly surprising, therefore, that we\u2019re delighted to have caught up with our old friends, Wider\u00f8e Ground Handling<\/a><\/strong>, at this year\u2019s IGHC2022 (taking place right now from 31 May to 2 June 2022 at the Palais Brongniart in Paris, France).  It\u2019s the perfect event to celebrate five successful years of official partnership as we showcase the latest versions of our core suite of Aviation solutions, FirstRamp<\/strong><\/a> included of course!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wider\u00f8e is Norway\u2019s largest ground service provider, providing services such as loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, reporting to flight personnel, and various services to the aircraft such as water service and de-icing.  Back in 2017, tech-savvy Wider\u00f8e were early adopters of FirstRamp, working collaboratively with Zafire to develop the perfect system for their operational needs which rolled out to 43 airports across Norway in a mere eight weeks.  Nowadays, thanks to FirstRamp, Wider\u00f8e  is able to deploy a new station within a day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
