As the next stage of lockdown easing approaches in England, we\u2019ve been busy preparing our headquarters in Banbury, UK for the team\u2019s gradual return to the workplace.<\/h3>\n

Our priority, as ever, is following government guidelines to the letter to ensure the health and safety of all our staff.\u00a0 We\u2019re taking every precaution to safeguard the wellbeing of our team, to instil confidence, and reassure all our personnel that we have their best interests at heart.\u00a0 Rest assured, our trusty Group HR Manager and team have undertaken the most rigorous of risk assessments!<\/p>\n

Having everyone out of the office and working from home provided us with the perfect opportunity to give the office a thorough and much-needed makeover.\u00a0 We went the whole hog with a huge refurbishment project which kicked off with a massive declutter.\u00a0 In the words of Marie Kondo, if the furniture wasn\u2019t \u2018sparking joy\u2019 it was relocated to the great big skip we hired to help get the office shipshape.\u00a0 The decluttering completed, we then set to work on general repairs, installing new LED lighting, and repainting throughout the building.\u00a0 The massive clear out and spruce up has done a great job of reviving Zafire House: it feels fresher, brighter, and cleaner.<\/p>\n

And speaking of being cleaner, of course we\u2019ve ensured that a COVID-safe approach has been adopted when it comes to welcoming the team back to our premises.\u00a0 Before staff return to the office, Zafire House will have undergone a meticulous COVID-secure industrial clean and a high standard of cleanliness will continue to be maintained on a daily basis, as ever.\u00a0 We\u2019re also keeping abreast of the latest government guidelines concerning desk spacing, glass partitions, and sanitising stations to ensure the building is COVID-ready.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s amazing what state-of-the-art lighting, a fresh coat of paint, and a thoroughly good clean can achieve: Zafire House is positively gleaming and it even feels more spacious.\u00a0 Marie Kondo would be most impressed!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
