Zafire is a software solutions provider to the Service and Repair Management and Aviation industries.
Our mission is to ensure that all of our customers maximise their potential by providing them with the tools that they need and that exactly match their requirements. We have built our reputation on our ability to customise our software to fit our customers’ businesses and not vice versa. This is achievable because approximately 90% of our workforce is devoted to software development, business process re-engineering, and project management. In 2005, Zafire was awarded IBM’s Platinum award for Best Solutions Provider; tribute indeed to our ‘customer-needs’ focus on software development.
Zafire, originally known as Datareason was established in 1999 with two acquisitions in 2001 and 2002. In 2007, Chris Beling, Former Technical Director of Menzies Aviation joined the company bringing a wealth of knowledge to develop the Aviation branch of the business, with the aim of providing innovative baggage management solutions for airports and airlines around the world. The venture has been very successful and over forty international airlines are now using Zafire software in various locations to manage their baggage reconciliation.
Zafire is a privately owned company which has made a profit every year since it was established. Zafire’s directors believe that the way forward is to invest the majority of the current profit back into the business and the ongoing development of their staff in order to ensure continued success and stability for the company in the future.
