Over the past 20 years, Sam has held many senior positions in the Service industry, where she has improved service to customers, and carried out Europe-wide project implementations and operational business process improvement programmes.
Sam joins Zafire after managing the single largest third party repair contract for Unisys, following which she ran her own successful independent consultancy.
