How we think consulting should be
Our framework includes comprehensive, yet concise information on solution options, the design of the solution, the financial and commercial measures, and the internal and external impacts that these options may incur. We help to:
- Develop the financial metrics to determine your return on investment
- Create additional metrics and analytics for reporting information, from your customers' needs to your employees’ performance and operations.
- Produce the operational strategy and procedures required by internal staff to make the project a logical enterprise, and not just an ICT solution.
- Provide a plan that determines how to communicate, with whom to communicate, when to communicate, and why it’s important to your organisation.
How we manage our projects
Once the framework and solution is defined and designed, we manage the project, together with your team members to ensure that the solution is delivered within budget and in the shortest possible time. With our project management service, we help to:
- Maintain the focus and motivation from your project team through communication and sensitivity planning (we realise that internal resources are submerged in their own daily responsibilities).
- Develop the complete project phase cycle, including the timeline and milestones of the implementation, and incorporate progress/status meetings and a communication plan for all stakeholders involved.
- Develop a Quality & Implementation Plan, which is centrally stored to document the Business Objectives (Financial, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to Operational Procedures, to the daily implementation schematic so that all stakeholders are ‘reading from the same page'.
