Robert will oversee the growth of Zafire’s overall business operations, client implementations and contact center in the Americas. He will report to Rachel Wesson, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Robert joins Zafire with over 20 years of executive experience in the aviation industry with a focus on baggage and airport operational solutions. He is a member of the IATA BWG and other industry focus groups. Robert holds a university degree from New York Institute of Technology with a concentration on International Business.
