Passenger Terminal Expo’s 20th Birthday wasn’t the only reason for celebration at the Zafire stand, but also the launch of new and updated products. A continuous flow of visitors to our stand, all keen to try these out for themselves and to see the efficiency savings that could be made.
Our four demonstration zones were in constant use and, new for 2017, our presentation theatre drew in the passers by as they saw the benefits of our innovative aviation software to help manage your bags more effectively, implement a centralised load control strategy, optimise aircraft turnaround, plan your workforce, manage billing or even provide your ultimate customer, the passenger, with information for a dynamic travel experience.
With baggage management and IATA 753 a key topic of interest, our FirstBag product certainly was centre of attention. Ground handling organisations are also keen to ‘sweat their assets’ so our FirstAsset solution was also attracting a great deal of attention.
‘Mobile’ is also high on the agenda, and Zafire’s support of tablets, mobiles and even smartwatches to deliver live information to everyone, including airline customers, also garnered interest.
